I have often witnessed ambulances blasting their sirens trying to make their way through the traffic but unfortunately can’t because of traffic. It is heart-breaking to know that a number of deaths occur just because the patient is unable to reach hospital in time. I want to make people aware of the importance of making space for an ambulance with flashing lights and sirens because a few minutes can make a difference.

Traffic sergeants are duty bound to take quick action and move the traffic accordingly. If they can do this for a VIP movement then why not for saving a life? There are a lot of people who want to give way to emergency vehicles but are not aware what to do so there is a dire need to teach people through media, mass campaigns, free advertisements on television channels etc.
