HAFIZABAD

Kissan Board District President Aman Ullah Chattha, PTI District President Aman Ullah Sandhu, former MNA Ch Mehdi Hassan Bhatti, former Provincial Minister Ch Shoukat Ali Bhatti and former MPA Dr Muzaffar Ali Sheikh have strongly criticised the anti-people policies of the PML-N government, which they said, have skyrocketed the inflation.

They said that rise in the POL prices every now and then resulted in exorbitant hike in the prices of all essential commodities. Announcement of hike in power tariff from 40 to 176 percent by NEPRA is mockery of the Supreme Court order which forced the government to withdraw the hike in power tariff about a week ago. They said that the new hike in power tariff would further cause inflation and render the lives of masses absolutely miserable.

They said that masses had given the PML-N mandate with the hope that they would get some sort of relief but during the past 120 days the government had miserably failed to come up to the expectation of the masses. They further said that if the same anti-people policies continued then the rulers would face the wrath of masses within few months.
