According to the UN, Pakistan is the only country who is not working to bring improvement in the education sector. Pakistan is around 50 years behind in its primary education and 60 years behind in its secondary education. In 2015, world leaders signed that by 2030, all girls and boys should be enrolled in primary and secondary education. Unfortunately, in Pakistan, a large number of the population is out-of-school including 5.6 million children. This leads to failing literacy and rising unemployment. I request the HEC to provide more schools for young children and ensure that everyone of school-going age is enrolled in an educational institute.
