OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE An Additional District and Sessions Judge Arif Hameed Sheikh on Monday declared three murder accused as 'court absconders when they did not appear before the court after the expiry of their bails in the murder case of Muhammad Saddique, father of petitioner namely Nazir Ahmad. As per details, three persons namely Salamat, Amanat and Ahmad Khan on February 17, 2009 had allegedly killed Muhammad Saddique after torturing him over old enmity, on which Baghbanpura police had registered case against said accused. The Judge after completing the formalities declared the three accused as court absconders when they avoided their appearance before court after the expiry of their bails.
