ISLAMABAD - Test cricketer Sohail Tanveer is all set to make his comeback in national cricket team for T20 matches against West Indies after his successful stint with the Hampshire. In his latest performance, Sohail performed both with leather and willow. While playing against Glamorgan in a four-day match, the all-rounder managed to take four wickets and scored 42 runs. In a T20 match against Sussex, Sohail sent three batsmen to pavilion conceding only 23 runs. While talking to The Nation from London Sohail said his contract was still on with Hampshire but he would leave for West Indies on 22nd to play the T20 series. "I am very excited that selectors had given me a chance to showcase my abilities. Although my name is only included in T20 squad, but I would give my best to try to stage comeback in all three formats of the game. My top priority would remain to get back into Test squad, while I would love to play One Day internationals as well. I will try to perform well for the cementing my place in the national squad.” –Staff Reporter
