KARACHI  - Filling stations of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) have been closed in Sindh, multiplying miseries of the commuters, said the media reports on Wednesday.The distressed commuters, following a ban on pillion-riding and closure of CNG stations, are forced to travel on rooftops of overcrowded buses.It should be mentioned here that long queues of vehicles were seen at CNG stations after the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) on Monday announced a two-day suspension of the gas supply. The CNG stations closed down under load management schedule, will re-open after two days on Thursday’s (today) morning at 9am.The citizens demanded the government to take up necessary measures to ensure uninterrupted gas supply keeping in view the increase in demand of the gas in the upcoming winter season.
