FAISALABAD (ONLINE): Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr Tahirul Qadri, will return to the country from Canada on Nov 20, claimed the party Central President Raheeq Abbasi while talking to a private TV channel here on Friday.

Mr Abbasi said that Qadri would land in Pakistan from Canada on Nov 20 to lead his countrywide anti-government campaign. Sources said the PAT chief will fly for Pakistan from Canada via London.

Earlier, Islamabad’s Special Anti-Terrorism Court declared Qadri and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan as proclaimed offenders in a case pertaining to assault on SSP Islamabad Ismatullah Junejo.

The same court has issued arrest warrants against the two over incitement of violence during anti-government protests in Islamabad.

On Wednesday, Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Rawalpindi declared Qadri as a proclaimed offender in a case pertaining to riots on Lahore-Islamabad motorway.

The court, after hearing the case, ordered police authorities to make arrangements for the issuance of proclamation and advertisement notice to be displayed on public places.
