rawalpindi - Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf leaders criticised National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for keeping mum on the biggest scandal of the history of Pakistan, Panama Leaks , saying the PTI would not accept it at any cost.

They said that revelations made by Panama Leaks have proved the stance of PTI true that the leaders have hid their arrests through offshore companies. “The Prime Minister of Pakistan will have to tell the nation as to how his sons have earned billions of rupees and why he hid these assets from the people of Pakistan,” they lamented.

PTI MNA Ghulam Sarwar Khan and Provincial Secretary General Syed Zahid Kazmi said this at a press briefing held at Rawalpindi Press Club yesterday.

They said that it is quite clear to the nation that PM Nawaz Sharif always told a lie and kept the assets of his family secret.

They said that PTI would never tolerate the criminal mum of NAB over the country’s biggest financial scam involving top leader of PML-N and his family members. They said that Panama Leaks are not allegations as dubbed by the PM and his family members but these are substantial proofs of offshore assets of Nawaz family.

Coming down hard on Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, PTI stalwart Syed Zahid Kazmi said the interior minister has been making failed efforts to push the crime of Nawaz Sharif under the carpet. He alleged that the PM has no idea that he is surrounded by a worst enemy Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and time would prove this.

“The interior minister should initiate action against corrupt politicians if he owns evidences against them. He should not befool the nation daily by issuing such dramatic statements,” Syed Zahid Kazmi said.

He informed that PTI would observe its 20th Youm-e-Tasees in Jinnah Park on 24th April with enthusiasm.

On the occasion, PTI Chief Imran Khan would also announce his future line of action against the corrupt people involved in looting and investing national kitty in offshore companies, he said.
