PESHAWAR - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has expressed deep sense of sorrow on demise of the mother-in-law of Chief Minister Gilgit Balitistan Syed Mehdi Shah who breathed her last the other day.

In a condolence message, he expressed heartfelt sympathies with Syed Mehdi Shah and other members of the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.

Pervez Khattak also grieved over death of Dr Rasheed Ahmad Tahirkheli, VC Gandhara University. He was also shocked on demise of Maulana Bashir Ahmad, Mohtamim of Daraul Uloom Mazharul Islam Dir lower who breathed last the other day.

The chief minister paid tributes to both these personalities of head and heart on their meritorious contributions in education and learning as well as spreading spirituality and enlightenment in the area. He prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls and expressed deep sympathies with all members of both the bereaved families.
