ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf workers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa seemed disappointed over poor arrangements for their stay and food and said they cannot stay in this situation beyond the morning of August 16th.

They looked angry over lack of coordination between central and provincial leadership over the issues of accommodation, food and water supply to those who have come from different parts of the country and gathered at Abpara Chowk to welcome main procession of Azadi March coming from Lahore.

PTI sources informed this scribe that KP Chief Minister Pervez Khattak stayed in KP House along with provincial leadership and they did not bother to visit the Abbpara Chowk to address the issues of workers.

PTI chief Imran Khan had claimed in his different speeches and press conferences that he would stay and sleep along with his workers until the end of Azadi March.

Sources mentioned that PTI announced Saif Ullah Naizai as coordinator to look after the arrangements of food, water and shelter for all those workers who would participate in Azadi March but Niazi ignored his assignment and remained busy with different media channels.

Safwanullah, 28, who reached the federal capital from Mardan with the convoy of Chief Minister Khattak, informed The Nation that he spent the whole night in Rose and Jasmine Garden and he slept on PTI flag and PTI leadership did not provide food, water and bathroom facility and place for rest. He said he came for the first time in Islamabad with an aim to attend his PTI chairman's Azadi March and it was the worst experience of his life. He said he and his friends decided no more stay from the morning of August 16th.

Aimal Khan, 20, a student of intermediated, came to Islamabad from Peshawar of Thursday afternoon for attending the Azadi March. He was disappointed from the behaviour of PTI KP and central leadership. He mentioned that he spent all the time in Aabpara but he could not see coordination among the party leaders who were responsible to facilitate the workers through food, shelter and other basic facilities during the march.

He pointed out that he did not see Pervaiz Khatak and other senior provincial party leaders who spent a few hours among workers who are waiting for Imran. He said he has no money to stay further in Islamabad and buy food from his pocket even for a day. He will go back to Peshawar on the evening of August 16th.

Talking to The Nation Ammir Mughal, president PTI youth wing Islamabad chapter, said that PTI was serving food from the evening of August 14th and PTI youth wing was trying to provide proper water and food to workers. He said that more than 80,000 workers have reached Islamabad from KP. He confirmed that Chief minister KPK spent night in KP House but Khattak made several visits of Abbpara and spent time with PTI workers.
