LOS ANGELES (AFP) - A documentary portraying the political story of Sarah Palin debuts Friday in a handful of US theatres, as the right-wing conservative darling remains on the fence about whether shell enter the 2012 presidential race. The Undefeated, directed by Stephen Bannon, describes Palin through interviews with her admirers and supporters, according to media sources that have seen the film. Bannon, a conservative who does not hide his admiration for Palin, personally financed the million-dollar film. This film is a call to action for a campaign like 1976: Reagan vs. the establishment. Lets have a good old-fashioned brouhaha, Bannon said recently during an interview published on the website Real Clear Politics. The film will debut in dozens of theatres in Texas, Florida and Arizona, but not in Los Angeles, New York or Alaska.
