OUR STAFF REPORTER DASKA - Despite lapse of three weeks, the Daska City police are still remain unable to arrest the accused who had killed two real brothers Shehbaz Khan and Niaz Khan over an old enmity by showering bullets in Daska Judicial Complex on June 25, 2011. Daska Bar President Muhammad Asif Bajwa Advocate had termed this nasty incident as a severe security laps, as there had been no policeman present there on duty to protect the court when the said nasty double murder incident occurred there. The slain brothers had been the nephews of Pak Armys retired major Saleem Nawaz Khan, who was also murdered by the said group of rivals over an old enmity in village Pandoriyaan-Daska on December 26, 2010. According to the FIR, as many eleven nominated accused had sprayed bullets in Daska Judicial Complex, killing the two real brothers and injuring seriously a local young lawyer Dilawar Padhiyar there. Daska City police had arrested only accused Robin Maseeh but the ten nominated accused were still at large, and Daska City police still remain unable to arrest them to avert any further murder in this regard. When contacted, the Daska police officials said that the police teams were raiding various places to arrest the accused and they would be arrested soon.
