LAHORE - Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said the murder of unarmed citizens in Indian-held Kashmir is a blatant violation of human rights.

“Freedom is the basic right of Kashmiris and they cannot be denied their right of self-determination for a long time through the use of force,” Shehbaz Sharif said while saluting the brave Kashmiri mothers whose sons and daughters have embraced martyrdom for freedom.

He added that Kashmiris are bound to achieve their goal while Kashmir is a test case for international conscience and it should take immediate measures in this regard. He further stated that worst state terrorism by India in Occupied Kashmir cannot weaken the spirit of freedom of Kashmiris and delaying justice is denying justice to Kashmiri people.
