LAHORE - Pakistan Muttahida Kissan Mahaz and members of civil society will stage a protest demonstration today at Ganda Singh Wala border against Indian government’s aggressive stance against Pakistan.

The civil society will stage the protest at 2pm. The protest demonstration has been called when Indian government hinted to review the Indus Water Treaty.

Pakistan Muttahida Kissan Mahaz members including Admiral (r) Tayyab Dogar, former FBR chairman Ansar Javed, Brig (r) Aslam Ghumman, Pakistan Civil Society president Dr Muhammad Ishaq Khan and Muhammad Ramzan will address the participants of the protest demonstration.

PJF holds seminar on

National Action Plan

Pakistan Journalists Foundation is going to hold a seminar on the topic of ‘National Action Plan-Targets, hurdles and collective responsibility’ at 3:30 pm at a local hotel today.

Among the speakers Federal Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanvir Hussain, PM Spokesman Mussadaq Malik, defense analyst Gen (r) Ghulam Mustafa, former IGP Punjab Khawaja Khalid Farooq, The Nation Editor Saleem Bokhari, renowned journalist Mujib-ur-Rehman Shami, columnist Hassan Nisar, UCP Dean Mughees-ud-Din Sheikh, former foreign minister Sardar Asif Ahmad Ali, religious scholar Raghib Naeemi, CPNE president Zia Shahid and others are included.
