KARACHI - Commissioner Roshan Ali Sheikh has ordered the authorities for beefing up security at all sensitive installations of the city, especially in the wake of terrorists attack at Kamra Airbase of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Eid days.

He stated these views in a letter written to DG Rangers Sindh, Additional Inspector General Police Karachi, deputy commissioners of all five districts.

Commissioner ordered putting up security on high-alert at all including important government buildings, mosques, worship places and all big shopping centers to ensure security of citizens. He directed all on-field law enforcement officers to take concrete security measures for protection of people.

Commissioner in his letter urged the tightening of security measures in the markets as people visit in late nights for Eid shopping.
