Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Qamar Zaman Kaira said that there is no room for amendment in Blasphemy law. Talking to media here in Lahore on Monday, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Qamar Zaman Kaira said that Blasphemy would not be amended at any cost and the President and PM have given assurance to this effect many times. According to the law only state can act against a blasphemer. He said that the government would not implement the decisions made by the foreign countries. He further said that Nawaz Sharifs letters has set a good tradition in politics. He said that not only Karachi is facing deteriorating law and order situation but whole country is confronted with the same situation so thats why all political parties would have to make joint efforts to fight against the situation. He said that the foreign countries are trying to take advantage of our poor law and order situation. Implementation of law is a big challenge, he added. He said that ten-point agenda is not only PML-Ns agenda but it is agenda of all political parties. He further said that inflation and unemployment are increasing problems in the country.
