In its latest of the dictatorship and outcome of years of tyranny in Egypt, the military has literally run over the protestors, using ammunition and tanks to suppress the unarmed protestors. The peaceful sit-in in Cairo was soon converted into a place of blood and cries. The people had been demanding reinstatement of the democratically-elected president Mohammed Morsi, but were silenced by the ruthless army, openly and shamelessly backed by the so-called liberal forces of the country.

Official sources claim that hundreds died, but the ousted president's supporter, Muslim Brotherhood says the death toll has reached 2,200 while 10,000 are among the injured. Protests are already taking place around the world and the citizens of Pakistan also need to register their anger and sadness on the massive killings over the rightful demand of the Egyptians.
