Lahore - Parts of the country received scattered rains on Saturday. Rain-thundershower occurred in upper Punjab (Rawalpindi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala divisions), Bahawalpur, Sahiwal divisions and at isolated places of Malakand, Hazara divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

Kakul received 57mm rain, Okara 44mm, Lahore (AP) 39mm, Bahawalpur (AP) and Murree 37mm each, Rawalakot 29mm, Chakwal 14 mm and Sahiwal 10 mm.

In Lahore, rain started in the morning and continued intermittently throughout the day. Maximum and minimum temperature was recorded 30 degree Celsius and 22 C respectively. Relative humidity in the evening was recorded 85 percent.

The Meteorological Department has fairly widespread rain with isolated heavy falls for Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Hazara, Mardan, Peshawar, Kohat divisions, Islamabad and Kashmir during the next 24 hours.

 Scattered rain is likely in Multan, D G Khan, D I Khan, Bannu, Malakand, Zhob, Kalat divisions and Waziristan. And at isolated places of Gilgit-Baltistan.
