ISLAMABAD   - A three-day dialogue between women MPs of Pakistan and UK is going to start from today (Monday) in Islamabad. Lord Speaker Baroness D'Souza, Lord Speaker of House of Lords will lead the British women MPs. The second three-day dialogue will be held in Islamabad from February 18 to 20 at Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services. The second dialogue is being held following the success of the dialogue between women MPs of Pakistan, UK and Afghanistan organized by UK Commonwealth in mid-2012.

The women MPs of both the countries will discuss different aspects of women's economic participation and empowerment, issues and challenges and suggest ways and means to address those issues.

The British women MPs would also meet Dr Fehmida Mirza, Speaker National Assembly, Syed Nayyar Hussain Bokhari, Chairman Senate, and other Pakistani political figures.
