SADIQABAD

A Pakistan People’s Party lawmaker said that his party leadership had made unprecedented sacrifices for revival of democracy and elimination of terrorism in the country.

MPA Ibrahim Khalil added that his party would leave no stone unturned to complete the mission of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto, saying that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had started working to strengthen the party and the country. He pledged to continuously serve the public without any discrimination. Ibrahim Khalil said that the PPP always worked for integrity, progress and prosperity of the country and for provision of basic facilities at the people’s doorsteps.

However, he said, the present government had failed to serve the people and resolve their problems like dearness, unemployment and terrorism. He claimed that the last PPP-led government issued funds to the then public representatives belonging to opposition parties but the present government had deprived the PPP lawmakers their due share of development funds.
