KARACHI - Two inspectors of the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of the Sindh Police were dismissed from service after they were allegedly found involved in criminal activities.

Inspector Malik Asif Usman and Inspector Zaheer Ahmed of the CTD Operations were allegedly taking bribe from people. Usman allegedly took bribe after arresting Badar bin Shuja, a Karachi resident, in a fake case. Ahmed was found guilty of getting Rs100,000 from Manzar after arresting him in a fake case. CTD officials said a decision to dismiss Usman and Ahmed was taken after they were found guilty.
