LAHORE The Pakistan cricket team members who participated in the recent series against England have not yet received their match fee, it was learnt on Monday. Certain members of the Pakistan team have said that they have not been given the match fee of the series even after one month of the series. A player on condition on anonymity said that normally, the money is given to them within a week or 10 days but now a month has passed and they have not been given the money. Reports emanating from the board say that the PCB has kept the money with it to keep players money as a guarantee. In case a player is fined, the amount will be deducted from his match fees. But PCB spokesman Nadeem Sarwar told The Nation that the delay in match fees was not due to any reasons of guarantees but due to a hitch in documentation procedure which would be finalised very soon.
