LAHORE - Pakistan Rugby Union (PRU) will organise Super Rugby here at four centres of the city from September 23. PRU secretary Arif Saeed on Tuesday said it was going to be a grand rugby competition which would attract 14 leading teams from across the country. Highlighting the format of the event, he said the first phase has been titled as the divisions league in which eight teams drawn in division one and division two. The divisions will have promotion and relegation. Then there will be club league followed by super series leagues.  Following is the teams playing in different phases of the league: Departmental league: Army, Police, Wapda. Super Club League: Punjab Warriors, Lahore Rams, DHA Wild Bears. Super League: UOL, LUMS, UMT and Garrison. Super Division League: PU, GCU, LSE and Jallo. The league will end in December and its matches will be played at DHA rugby stadium, Punjab football stadium, UMT rugby ground, LUMS rugby ground and Garrison rugby ground.
