Five students were wounded and five arrested as a result of clashes between two students organizations in Karachi University on Monday. Sources said that clashes erupted after exchange of hot words between members of two students organizations in Arts lobby that tense the atmosphere of the campus. The windowpanes of the rooms of different departments were damaged in the scuffles. Students trade fire in which five students were wounded. Spokesman of Rangers said Rangers took immediate action and detained five students for interrogations. Security incharge of KU said all classes in the University had been suspended because of the panic fear that kept gripping the campus. Heavy police and Rangers contingents were deployed after the clashes.
