US President Barack Obama has said that dialogue between Pakistan and India can be helpful in reducing tensions between the two countries. Mr William Burns, US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, has handed over a letter from President Barack Obama to Pakistani government in Islamabad. The US President in the letter said that there are opportunities for peace in the region and the dialogue might be started on the issues other than Kashmir. India and Pakistan are close friends of the United States and we can't dictate them but the differences between them can be resolved, the US President said.
