IF Rihanna takes the stand to testify in her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown's assault hearing next week, her testimony won't be televised. Last week, the 21-year-old Umbrella singer was subpoenaed to appear in court to testify in the assault case against Brown. She was served in person Tuesday in Los Angeles with the subpoena for the June 22 hearing in Superior Court. But Judge Patricia Schnegg won't be allowing cameras into the court room. "The judge is not permitting cameras at the hearing," Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman Alan Parachini said Thursday. Brown faces two felony counts of assault and making criminal threats stemming from his alleged fight with Rihanna. If convicted, he faces up to five years behind bars. Rihanna is said to be furious about having to appear in court. "She's so embarrassed by this whole ordeal, and doesn't want to recount one of the worst nights of her life all over again," an insider said. "But Chris flatly refuses to spend one night in jail over this and so she'll have to testify." - SS
