The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday rejected a petition against Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah over his remarks against former Law Minister Babar Awan. An advocate, Ansar Mehmood, filed a petition in Lahore High Court and requested that Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah should be removed from his post and a case registered against him over his statement in which he said that 'Babar Awan deserves to be killed'. The Lahore High Court rejected his plea saying that the appellant is not an affected party and if Babar Awan himself contact the court then this issue can be taken up for consideration.
