LAHORE - Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust Vice Chairman Professor Dr Rafique Ahmad has said that despite having lived together for about a millennium, the Hindus and the Muslims remained two entirely different nations.

He expressed these views lecturing on “The Two-Nation Theory” on the fourth day of the Nazariati Summer School on Thursday being jointly run at the Aiwan-i-Karkunaan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan by the Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust and Pakistan Movement Workers Trust.

Prof Rafique said the reason for the differences between these two nations was that their language and literature were different; their fine arts and architecture were different; their names and nomenclature were different; their legal and ethical codes were different; their history and traditions were different.

Moreover, documentaries will be shown at the NPT on the life and services of the Pakistan Movement veterans today (Friday).
