Reference statement issued by Forum for Dignity Institute (FDI) chief Uzma Yaqoob demanding financial assistance from Government for 65 students of Army Public School, Peshawar badly injured in gruesome attack by barbarians on 16 December. Her demand is based on two horrible facts, one that several students suffered facial injuries, while others are suffering from psychological disorders after the tragic incident. These 65 students are the Malala’s of Pakistan and deserve equal attention and rehabilitation. In the wake of Peshawar attack, Government is focusing on strategy to counter terrorism. It is hoped that it will not neglect these innocent children hurt physically and mentally by the incident and they should have the opportunity to get their smiles back.
