ISLAMABAD - Shifa International Hospital Islamabad cricket team beat Brothers XI by 22 runs in the Islamabad Amateur Cricket League T20 Tournament Gold Cup in the second semifinal played here at Margahzar Cricket Ground Islamabad to book a place in the final. Put into bat first, Shifa International scored 211 for the loss of four wickets in 20 overs. Alamgir Khan slammed 86 runs with seven fours and three sixes while M Naseer made unbeaten 62 and Faisal Iqbal 27. Ali took 2-29 and Sheraz 1-31. In reply, Brothers XI were all out for 189 in 19.3 overs. Sheraz made 59 runs studied with seven fours while Mani added 36 and Usman 31 runs. Shahzad Kiani and Alamgir Khan claimed three wickets each. Alamgir Khan was declared man of the match for his excellent performance. –Staff Reporter
