KARACHI - Ongoing dharnas in Islamabad have dealt another major blow to national economy as the Expo Pakistan exhibition has been postponed for three months further.

SM Munir chairman TDAP has announced to postpone the Expo Pakistan exhibition for three months due to negative message reaching the world countries in the wake of dharnas. Commercial attaché of 90 percent embassies all over the world had made it clear that foreign companies and investors are avoiding to participate in Expo Pakistan due to prevailing political situation in the country.  Expressing grave concern over postponement of Expo Pakistan the business community of the country has demanded of Imran Khan and Tahir ul Qadri to review their attitudes.  A 4-day Expo Pakistan exhibition was scheduled to begin from October 22 and now it has been postponed for three months. As per business circles TDAP reaped benefit of Rs 35 million from “Aalishan Pakistan” exhibition at New Delhi. Report in this regard will soon be presented to Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif.
