Four majors of Pakistan army have been held and being interrogated for their alleged involvement in illegal activities, said Director Gen Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major Gen Athar Abbas. The ISPR director while speaking to a private radio said that the majors were indulging in illegal activities, violating rules and regulation of the Pakistan Army. Replying to a question regarding the detention of Brigadier Ali Khan, he said that Khan was held for his links with banned outfit Hizbut-Tehreer. Sources privy to the matter told The News Tribe that the army officer have been held in connection with the arrest of brig Khan.
