Chief of his own faction Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday decried the PPP government for having established double standards in the US-led war against terrorism, saying that US drones fly from nowhere but the Pakistani soil, report said. Addressing a rally in Palandri, he said countrys sovereignty was at stake and its future could be terrible. The friends of the present government are plundering this country, he alleged. He lashed out at those who violated constitution and courts. Nawaz said Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the then prime minister of India, had assured him that the Kashmir issue would be resolved by the year 1999 but Musharraf embarked on the Kargil war and brought a bad name to Pakistan.
