Our Staff Reporter MULTAN - Former foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that some elements have posed challenge to national sovereignty and the nation badly needs unity for the protection of independence and country. Talking to a delegation of citizens and traders here on Tuesday, Mr Qureshi said that the trading centres, worship places and all other important national institutions were on target of terrorists. He said that the national sovereignty was in jeopardy due to onslaught launched from abroad. He warned that the world would not take Pakistani parliament seriously if the rulers failed to implement its resolutions. He claimed that the drone attacks would continue in future if the politicians failed to evolve a national consensus on this important issue. He said that he had no lust for offices as he rejected governments offer for ministry and preferred to secure Pakistans interests by denying diplomatic immunity to Raymond Davis.
