KARACHI (Online) - Pakistan Muslim League-Functional has decided to challenge the appointment of Justice (r) Qurban Ali Alvi as Caretaker Chief Minister of Sindh in the Supreme Court.

On Wednesday, outgoing Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and leader of the Opposition in now-dissolved provincial assembly Sardar Ahmed announced appointment of the retired judge and signed a memorandum of caretaker government in Sindh.

They, however, did not reveal details of caretaker cabinet in the province.

On the other hand, the PML-F leadership has expressed their concerns and decided to move the apex court against the appointment of Justice (r) Qurban Ali Alvi.
