The absence of public sector college in the entire area of Kadhi has exposed the slogan of “education for all” and has deprived the residents of basic facility of education.

The widely sprawling area is inhabiteds by hundreds of thousands of people but they are not fortunate enough to being any revolutionary change in the life of their illiterate sons and daughters as no college is there cater to their needs.

“No-existence of government college is problematic for all but our sons brave this problem as they are boys but we are much concerned to see our daughters going to colleges in remote areas sitting tightly pressed in the suzuki pick-ups, said Malik Gulbaz, a resident.

“We send our girls to colleges in remote areas and remain anxious about their safe return to home. The residents have demanded the government to provide one college each for girls and boys as soon as possible.
