LAHORE – Pakistan Greens outclassed Blues by 54 runs in the Pakistan women’s team selection match for ICC Women’s World Cup to be held in India 2013, here at the Bagh-e-Jinnah ground.

Pakistan Greens posted 142 runs in allotted 50 overs. Rabia Shah made 41 runs laced with five fours while Kainat Imtiaz scored 15 runs. Qanita Jalil and Elizabeth Barkat Khan grabbed four wickets each for Blues.

Greens bowlers destroyed Pakistan Blues batting line up with their superb bowling and bundled them out for just 88 runs in 35 overs. Sana Gulzar took 3-6, Suamiya Saddiqui 2-12 and Almas Akram 2-12. Javeria Wadood (15), Marina Iqbal (12) and Komal Feroz (11) played well.
