Interior Minister Rehman Malik Sunday urged all the political parties to join hands against terrorism by setting aside their affiliations.

Talking to newsmen, Rehman Malik paid tribute to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Senior Minister Bashir Ahmed Bilour, who was killed in a suicide attack in Peshawar on Saturday. Bilour was a courageous man, he added.

He said that the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, especially the workers and leaders of Awami National Party (ANP), had given a lot of sacrifices for the country.

The Interior Minister said that foreign hands were behind terrorist activities in Pakistan and some "black sheep" within the country were abetting with them.

Ehsanullah Ehsan of the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is working for foreign elements and promoting anti-state agenda, he added.

Malik said that findings regarding terrorists would be shared with the media soon.

Pakistan is being destabilized deliberately. There is no technology to impede suicide attacks, he added.
