PESHAWAR  - A terror bid was foiled after the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) defused a 10kg bomb planted at a plaza on University Road Wednesday.

According to details, a bomb fixed in a computer monitor was spotted inside a shop at Gul Haji Palaza. The BDS members rushed to the site and after hectic efforts succeeded in defusing the 10kg bomb. 

AIG BDS Unit Shafqat Malik said the bomb weighed 10kg and was fixed in a monitor of a computer. Police started investigation in this regard.
