ISLAMABAD: Rangers recovered weapons and military uniforms from Haroon Rasheed and Haris Rasheed, the two sons of former Lal Masjid Khateeb Ghazi Abdul Rasheed.

Rangers and Police stopped their vehicle near Super Market and carried out a thorough checking, upon which they recovered weapons and military commando uniform. The weapons included one 30 bore pistol and a 22 bore gun.

Both were shifted to the Kohsar Police Station along with their guard. Police have registered the case.

During initial investigation, the two informed the police that they used the commando uniforms for hunting and that they were going to Rajanpur. They also informed the Police that the weapons were licensed.

Further interrogation is underway.
