Second Watan Cards instalment from Sep 15: The government is going to start distribution of second instalment of aid through Watan Card among flood victims from September 15 as the survey has been conducted for this purpose. Sources disclosed that the survey was conducted by Punjab Government and 20 percent new flood victims were also included in the list while only family head would be given aid under new method.
