LAHORE - Hundreds of Wapda workers Tuesday held a protest demonstration against killing of innocent citizens and workers in Karachi, says a press release. The leaders of Pakistan Wapda Hydro Electric Labour Union said the provincial government had utterly failed to perform its constitutional obligations to protect the lives and property of the citizens in Karachi, therefore, the President should enforce Governor Rule. They also demanded to bring to the book those who had committed a crime against humanity. They were carrying banners in support of their demands and raised slogans against the government.
