ISLAMABAD- Chairman Pakhtunkhwa Awami Milli Party (PKMAP) Mahmud Khan Achakzai has expressed firmness to confront every extra-constitutional and anti-democratic move in the country.

Addressing a press conference in Quetta today, he said PKMAP belongs to the group which is united for democracy. He said change is only possible through vote, which will ensure Pakistan's existence.

Achakzai urged all political parties to form a united front for democracy and raise their voice against those protesting in favor of extra-constitutional demands.

He announced to organize peaceful rallies in favor of the constitution, parliament and democracy to counter extra-constitutional demands of protesting parties.

He said Nawaz Sharif is a democrat and that is why PKMAP was supporting him. Achakzai said Pakistan has been bearing billions' rupees losses everyday because of these sit-ins. He said Constitution Avenue is nervous system of the country, which is being paralyzed by the protesting parties.
