The Anti-Terrorism Court on Saturday issued orders for the arrest of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Tahirul Qadri and 72 other leaders and workers of the party in a case pertaining to torture on policemen by his party workers.

The court has summoned Tahirul Qadri on August 29.

The PAT chief has been protesting and has led Inqilab march to Islamabad, demanding Sharifs to step down and dissolution of all assemblies.

Qadri had launched protests from Lahore on August 14 to dislodge the 15-month-old government and has been camping along with Imran-led Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in the capital since last Saturday with thousands of his supporters.
