LAYYAH-Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited District Headquarters Hospital Layyah and inaugurated Children Ward and CT Scan facility, and uplift projects.

He addressed the public gathering in Milad Ground. He also inaugurated different uplift projects including Layyah Chowk Azam dualcarriageway and sewerage scheme. He criticised PTI Chairman Imran Khan and PPP co-Chairman Asif Zardari. He said that in KPK and Sindh provinces, no standard education and health institute was established. Imran Khan initiated no electricity project in the last four year in KPK.

The CM also announced that if the PML-N comes to power in the next general elections, rapid bus would be started in Layyah. Provincial Minister Ijaz Achlana said that the PML-N government was carrying out development projects in South Punjab. He demanded the establishment of a university, dualisation of carriageway of MM Road and a journalist colony. MNA Syed Saqlian Shah, MPA Ishfaq Ahmad, Qaiser Abbas and Faizul Hassan also addressed the gatherin.

Sargodha gets mobile hospital

SARGODHA-Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif handed over the keys of Mobile Health Unit (Mobile Hospital) to Sargodha Deputy Commissioner Liaquat Ali to provide healthcare for the residents of rural areas. The chief minister handed over the keys to him during a public meeting at Layyah and pledged to step forward to ensure the best health facilities for the poor. He said that the mobile hospital was a gift for the public and added that it would prove to be a milestone for the provision of better health services.
