LOS ANGELES: The ‘Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2’ leads the nominations for this year’s Teen Choice Awards.

The final installment of the vampire film franchise starring Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart has received a whopping seven nominations at the ceremony - which takes place in August - while the likes of Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber are also in contention for iconic surfboard awards.

‘Twilight’ dominates the movie categories, including nominations for Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy Movie and Choice Romance Movie. The film’s stars also garnered individual acclaim with Robert and Kristen receiving nominations in the Choice Sci-Fi/Fantasy and Choice Romance acting categories. However, Robert - who plays love-struck vampire Edward Cullen - will face stiff competition from his on-screen love rival Taylor Lautner, who rounds out the film’s seven nominations with a nod in the Choice Actor: Sci-Fi/Fantasy category.

‘22’ hitmaker Taylor Swift - who recently swept the Billboard Music Awards with eight trophies - could add three more accolades to her trophy cabinet with nominations for Choice Female Artist, Choice Female Country Artist and Choice Smile. ‘Boyfriend’ star Justin will compete for the Choice Male Artist prize, which he won last year, and the Choice Male Hottie prize. Other stars who earned notable nominations include Anne Hathaway, who won nods for her roles in both ‘Les Miserables’ and ‘The Dark Knight Rises’, and recently released summer blockbuster,–ES
