LAHORE – Provincial Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said on Tuesday that looters, dacoits and self-motivated elements had again joined hands to invade Punjab, but the people of the province would teach them such a lesson that they would never dare to return.

Those who pushed the country towards darkness, price-hike and unemployment could not hoodwink the masses any longer, Sanaullah said. He also demanded that an independent commission be constituted with regard to the decision in the Asghar Khan case since an agency headed by “a certified liar” like Rehman Malik could not hold transparent investigations.

While commenting on the statements of PPP leaders, Sanullah said that the ouster of Zardari and his accomplices was a matter of time. He said that sensing its imminent defeat in the upcoming elections, the PPP leadership had lost its nerves.
