ISLAMABAD - Establishment Division has issued notification on behalf of cabinet’s subcommittee for regularising 384 employees of Capital Development Authority.

Sources said out of these 384 employees, 77 were hired on contract and 307 were working on daily wages. It merits mentioning here that the meeting of the cabinet’s sub-committee was held on May 31 and Establishment Division released its minutes on October 4. But, CDA has not issued directives to regularise these employees till now. 

The respective employees have demanded of CDA to regularise them at the earliest.

Meanwhile, Member Estate Management, Capital Development Authority, Shaista Suhail has said that the computerisation of record of plots has been started.

She said this will not only prevent corruption but will also facilitate the access of common people to the relevant record, she observed. She informed that record of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural plots is being computerised. In the first stage, the computerisation of record of sector I-15 has been completed, Member Estate Management, CDA, Shaista Suhail noted.
