ISLAMABAD  - Islamabad Police have arrested 5 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered one pistol with ammunition, 1320 grams hashish and one car from their possession, a police spokesman said on Tuesday.

Following the directions of IGP Islamabad Bani Amin Khan and SSP Islamabad Yasin Farooq Islamabad Police have arrested 5 outlaws from the various areas of the city. Sub Inspector Muhammad Aslam from Golra police station arrested a lady drug pusher Zareena Bibi and recovered 1020 grams hashish.

Assistant Sub-Inspector Shakeel Ahmad of Aabpara police arrested Shehzad Boota who was stealing electricity of the plaintiff. ASI Manzoor Elahi of ACLC recovered a Corolla car No.LXA-4216 which was found tempered.

Sub-Inspector Muhammad Ishaq from Bhara Kahu police station recovered one 30 bore pistol with 5 bullets during patrolling from an accused Ibrar Hussain, while SI Shafique Ahmad of Sabzi Mandi police recovered 300 gram hashish from a culprit shaban Ali. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway from them.

Meanwhile, Sihala Police on Tuesday morning conducted searching and combing in its respective jurisdiction including slum areas and nabbed 35 suspects, a police spokesman said.

According to details, IGP Islamabad Bani Amin Khan and SSP Islamabad Yaseen Farooq have directed for keeping vigilant eye on suspected elements.

According to details, a police team  conducted special checking in the area of Khanna, Sihala Town and Sihala Bazaar.

Various houses, under-construction buildings, inns and slum areas were checked and police apprehended 35 suspects who could not produce any authentic document for their identification. Investigation is underway from these nabbed suspects.
