The population of Karachi was enumerated less intentionally and authorities didn’t get NADRA’s help before conducting the census, stated in the petition.

A third-party audit of the census is requested in the petition and also demanded to increase the number of seats for both provincial and federal legislatures from Karachi.

Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, the federal government, chairman NADRA and others are named as respondents in the petition
